Welcome to Wheelie Fit Mums

Wheelie Fit Mums™ is a stroller fitness programme for mums in Christchurch with children aged 6 weeks - 4 years.  We will be taking a short break from classes over the Autumn and Winter returning to our normal schedule in Spring as we operate outside in a park environment. We provide mums of all fitness abilities the chance to work out while keeping their child with them in the stroller.

Fitness, friendship, fun and flexible; it's everything you need in a fitness class. Wheelie Fit Mums™ is owned and operated by qualified fitness professionals ensuring the exercises you are doing are safe and effective for all Mum's both during pregnancy and postnatally, in a relaxed and baby friendly environment.

Since having her first of two children in 2014, owner Ruth van't Wout understands first hand the demands placed on your body during pregnancy, child birth and the postpartum stage.

Rebuilding good posture, core strength, pelvic floor function and fitness are all part of what we do at Wheelie Fit Mums™ to help you become the best version of you for yourself and your family.
